Today we are going to share something about fitness, alright friends lets get started. so the topic is (abs is not the key to fitness).

Yes you heard it right its not about abs, fitness is something a person is able to perform some activities physically, he/she is very well socially and most important, his/her internal organs are working good. Most people think fit person is one who has abs or perform very hard physical activities. No its not true if a person is doing some physical activity and he/she are in their idle weight then they are fit.

So don't be worried if you perform only 30 minutes of walking session you are good.
